Tickets are required for all guests. Tickets in your cart are not reserved until the online payment is processed. You must be 21 or older to attend the event. Once tickets are purchased they cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be exchanged.
Zoo members, to receive your ticket discount you must first register or log in to the Zoo’s online store. Once you do, you’ll automatically receive your discounts at checkout.
