One ticket is required per person. Children under the age of 2 are free but are required to have a "Child Under 2" ticket for entrance. Tickets in your cart are not reserved until the online payment is processed. Spring Illuminations tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to change your reservation date, you may do so up to 72 hours before the start of the event.
ZOO MEMBERS, to receive your ticket discount, please sign in with a registered account on the Zoo's webstore. If you haven't registered before, click the "create account" button at the top right of this web page to register. Your discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
