Tickets are required for all guests. Tickets in your cart are not reserved until the online payment is processed. Once tickets are purchased they cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be exchanged.
Kids' Trio includes:
- Gems Paydirt souvenir bag where your child can pan for gems at Jones Falls Gems, located near the Jones Falls Zephyr Train Station.
- Souvenir Zoo Key where your child can visit 10 audio boxes throughout the Zoo that provide English or Spanish narrations about animal and conversation messages.
- Conductor Ticket where your child can ride with the train driver for one ride around the track at the Jones Falls Zephyr Train Station. (Adult chaperone is required to accompany the child on the train ride.)
Riders must be a minimum age of 5 years old.

Conductor ticket rider should be in good health to ride the train, must be able to maintain proper riding position and appropriately utilize the seatbelt on the driver’s seat, must be able to stop up into the ride or be assisted into the ride by a responsible adult, must remain sitting up straight, keeping their head upright during the duration of the train ride, and their arms, legs and feet inside the train at all times. Riders must exercise good judgement and act in a responsible manner while participating in the train ride as well as following all verbal and written instructions.
General admission tickets are not included. Tickets are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Tickets cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.
Tickets can be used by any individual and do not need to be redeemed by the purchaser. Online tickets can be printed at home or shown on a mobile device at the Zoo's main gate.
