One ticket is required per person. Children under age two are free, but still require a ticket. Tickets in your cart are not reserved until the online payment is processed. Spring Illuminations tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not include daytime Zoo admission. If you need to change your reservation date, you may do so up to 72 hours before the start of the event.
ZOO MEMBERS, to receive your ticket discount, please sign in with a registered account on the Zoo's webstore. If you haven't registered before, click the "create account" button at the top right of this web page to register. Your discount will be applied automatically at checkout. If you have not registered your account click to register.
